Terms of service
Terms of sale
These terms apply to consumer purchases from ocayla.co.uk. Your seller is OCAYLA LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16653327. Registered office: 60 Tottenham Court Road, Suite 6452a, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW, United Kingdom. Contact us at support@ocayla.co.uk.
Products and options
Please check the selected size, colour, shape and pack quantity, together with the product description, before ordering. Display settings may affect how colours appear, but your statutory right to receive goods as described is unchanged. Furniture, room accessories or other props shown in product photographs are not included unless the product description specifically includes them.
Orders and payment
Checkout lets you review and correct your order before you submit it. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order-received email acknowledges receipt; our acceptance and your sales contract occur when we send a dispatch confirmation for the goods concerned. If we cannot accept an order, for example because the selected item is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our service area, we will notify you and promptly return any payment taken. If we identify a genuine price or product-information error before acceptance, we will contact you; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
Prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). The checkout total includes any applicable taxes and clearly disclosed charges. Standard tracked delivery is included in the product price for eligible Great Britain mainland orders, with no minimum spend or code. Delivery-area and parcel-weight restrictions apply; see our Delivery policy. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Optional extras require your agreement.
Delivery
We offer tracked delivery to eligible UK addresses. Standard tracked mainland delivery normally takes 1–2 working days after dispatch; most Home & Gift Edit orders arrive in around 3–5 working days from ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Dispatch and transit are separate. Available destinations, free-delivery eligibility, dispatch arrangements and restrictions are explained in our Delivery policy and confirmed at checkout. We do not offer international or express delivery.
We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate to receive them, take physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently commission. If goods are delayed, lost or damaged, contact OCAYLA; you do not have to pursue our supplier or courier yourself. Your statutory delivery and cancellation rights are unaffected by an estimated date.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
We accept change-of-mind returns within 28 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us and send the goods back within this period. For goods in one order delivered separately, this return window starts after the last item arrives. For eligible online purchases, your separate statutory right allows 14 days after delivery to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to send the goods back. You pay direct change-of-mind return postage. We do not charge a standard restocking fee; OCAYLA covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Our Returns and refunds policy explains return instructions, refunds, standard outbound delivery refunds where legally required, and any lawful diminished-value deduction. Contact us to cancel before dispatch. These periods do not limit your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods, and a statutory cancellation does not require a reason or our approval.
Privacy and complaints
Your personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy policy. Please send questions or complaints to support@ocayla.co.uk, or write to our registered office. We will investigate and explain the next steps. No special form or photo is a condition of exercising a statutory right.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. The law of England and Wales applies, but this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in the part of the UK where you live. You may bring proceedings in the appropriate courts available to you under applicable law; you are not required to use arbitration.
Changes to these terms apply to future orders, not to a contract we have already accepted. Please retain your order confirmation and the terms supplied with it.
